On Monday, March 12, 2018 I appeared Alpharetta City Court to negotiate for a settlement for my client. He had been charged with any legal U-turn. After negotiation with the prosecutor, I got to court to agree to dismiss my client's charge after he completes defensive driving class and pays a $225 fine.
This case was reset to April 12, 2018 at 9:00 AM.
