On Wednesday, November 8, 2017, I appeared in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court with my client.
He had been ticketed for an improper lane change, that resulted in a vehicle accident.
Following negotiations, I got the court to agree to reduce my client's charge to a basic rule violation.
This is a big win for my client because, there will be no record of this incident with the Georgia Department of driver services.
