Fighting client's school bus charge in Atlanta city court

On March 24, 2015, I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court, to defend my client against a passing school bus charge.
The law of the state of Georgia prevents drivers from passing a school bus with it stop signs extended and it's red lights flashing, even if the school bus is still in motion.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed for my client.
