Fighting client's passing school bus charge in Fulton State Court. On December 16, 2016, I appeared in Fulton State Court accompanied by my client. He was charged with passing a school bus that was loading or unloading passengers. Following discussions with the prosecutor, I was able to settle this case in my clients favor, with a pretrial diversion. This means that the case will be dismissed after my client completes a defensive driving course and performs certain community service. My client will not be charged a monetary fine.
