I appeared in the Forsyth County Court along with my client, to fight his speeding ticket.
He was charged with traveling 68 mph in a 55 mph zone.
There is construction on both sides of the highway, and this particular road is heavily patrolled.
Following negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get his charge dismissed.
