On January 5, 2015, I appeared in the Roswell Municipal Court accompanied by my client. He was charged with a high-speed, super speeder traffic ticket. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to a non reportable speed. Because of this, the incident will not be reported to the Georgia Department of Driver Services. There will be no consequences to my client's drivers license, and his insurance company will not be notified.
