On September 14, 2016, I appeared in the Roswell Municipal Court with my client, to fight his super speeder ticket. My client is under 21 years of age, and the law looks more closely at drivers under 21. After negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit. This ticket will remain locally, and it will not be sent to the Georgia Department of driver services. My client will have to pay a fine of $150. This is a big victory for under 21 year-old driver
