Fighting client's uninsured driving charge in Alpharetta

On January 11, 2017, I appeared in the Alpharetta Municipal Court to represent my client, who was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle.
This is my client's second charge of driving an uninsured vehicle.
After consultation with the court, I decided to have the case bound over to Fulton Superior Court.

With the strategy of having the case bound over to another jurisdiction, I was able to avoid conviction of my client for a second offense.
It is unlikely that this case will appear in Fulton Superior Court for at least 12 to 24 months.
Sometimes, by delaying the court appearance, things may change for the benefit of my client.
