Monday 8:30 AM. August 1, 2014, in Roswell Minicipal court negotiating with the prosecutor on behalf of two clients. I reached an agreement with the prosecutor which was fair to my clients and the judge signed off on it. This was an excellent resolution for both of my clients.
After court I spent time with the clients and their families and I explained to them what was required of them in order to get their case is dismissed. One client had to attend driving school, and the other client, in an entirely separate matter has to perform community service. After this is done then I will again meet with the judge and the prosecutor and the charges will be dismissed.
