Getting my 17-year old client's extremely high speed ticket dismissed

On January 11, 2017, I appeared in Alpharetta Municipal Court with my client.

He had been charged with doing 103 on a 65 mph highway.

Because of the extremely high speed and my client being only 17 years old, if found guilty, my client would lose all driving privileges.

After considerable negotiations with the court, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over, and based on my client's completion of 103 community service hours, and completing a defensive driving course, and paying the court fine, I got this case dismissed.
There will be no record of this violation reported to the Georgia Department of driver services.

This is another extremely happy client and family of the Alpharetta, Georgia speeding ticket defense attorney Scott Miller.
