Getting client’s driving without license ticket dismissed
On April 25, 2018, I appeared in Johns Creek Court to fight my client’s charges of driving without a license and expired tag.
I explained to the prosecutor that my client is scientist employed by the US Military and an unfavorable result because of these violations, could result in adverse consequences with his employer.
Following considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to a pretrial diversion. This is a dismissal after completing the court’s requirements.
The requirement of the pretrial diversion is for my client, to pay court fees totaling $350.
