Getting client’s failure to maintain lane reduced to basic rules violation

On Thursday, March 22, 2018, I appeared in absentia for my client in Alpharetta Municipal Court.
My client had been charged with failure to maintain lane and failure to dim headlights.

Following negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get the charges reduced to basic rules violations. I entered the plea in absentia. My client will have to attend a defensive driving class and pay a fine of $225.

This client is another very happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic defense attorney Scott Miller.
