On Thursday, I appeared with my client in Sandy Springs Municipal Court.
My client had been stopped for speeding, and he was given a ticket for speeding and also no proof of insurance.
My client had let his insurance lapse, however the insurance had been reinstated before the vehicle stop. My client did not have a valid insurance card with him.
After considerable Negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get both charges dismissed.
