Getting client’s speeding reduced in Fulton State Court
On that same Tuesday, I appeared with my client in Fulton State Court. My client had been charged with speeding.
I had previously negotiated for dismissal in municipal court, however due to client's past history, I had the case moved to Fulton State Court.
After discussions with the prosecutor, I got his speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit, and then was able to get the case dismissed.
