On Monday, April 30, 2018, I met with my client in the Gwinnett County recorders court.
My client had been charged with traveling at 64 mph in a 45 mph zone.
After negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over the limit. This makes the ticket a non-reportable ticket to the department of Georgia drivers services. The insurance company will not be informed of this issue.
