On Monday, April 9, 2018, I appeared for my client in Duluth Municipal Court.
My client, who resides in Florida, had been charged with a super speeder ticket.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduce to 14 mph over the limit which then becomes a simple speeding ticket and is dismissible.
My client will have to pay a court fine, and upon payment of the the court fine, his case will be dismissed.
