On Tuesday, December 5, 2017, I appeared with my client in the Alpharetta Municipal Court. He had been charged with a stop sign violation. This client has previous history which makes a dismissal more difficult. However, after consultation with the prosecutor, I got the court to grant 60 days for my client to complete defensive driving class and pay the fine.
Upon completion of these tasks his ticket will be dismissed.
