On Thursday, November 2, 2017, I appeared with my client in Alpharetta Municipal Court. He had been charged with a super speeder ticket.
Following negotiations with the court, I had the case reset to a later date to allow my client to complete his pretrial diversion obligations. The pretrial diversion, which is an earned dismissal, was based on earlier negotiations with the court.
