I appeared with my client, in Roswell City Court to fight his hit and run charge.
My client was leaving a parking lot in Roswell, when according to witnesses, his car brushed an adjacent parked car.
He stated that he didn't feel the impact, and that he was unaware of this incident until, the police appeared at his home.
