Getting client's speeding ticket dismissed in DeKalb Recorders Court. On February 23, 2017, I appeared in DeKalb Recorders Court to fight my clients speeding ticket. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the speed reduced to 14 mph over the speed limit, after the speed reduction, I got the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the charge. My client will be required to attend a defensive driving class, and to pay a fine, and upon completion of the requirements, the charge will be dismissed. There will be no reporting of this incident to the Georgia Department of driver services, and my clients insurance company will not be notified about it.
