On March 3, 2017, I represented my client in abstentia in the Fannin County Georgia probate court. My client lives in New York and had been ticketed while passing through Fannin County, GA.
My client was charged with a high speed, super speeder ticket. His speed was recorded it 91 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Follow negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the speed reduced to 14 mph over and change this a non-reporting charge.
My client did not have to return to Georgia from New York.
