Today, May 17, 2018, I appeared on behalf of my client in Atlanta Municipal Court.
My client was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired tag.
I presented evidence to the court that my client had promptly renewed the tag, and after negotiation, I got the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the charge out right with no cost to the client.
I then appeared in front of the judge who signed off on the dismissal, and the case was closed.
This is another win for client’s of the Alpharetta traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller.
