I didn't know that I had passed a school bus in Roswell, GA.
I was slowly following a truck through a school zone. The driver of the truck pulled around a school bus stopped on the side of the road. I proceeded around the school bus following the truck. I did not know that the school bus had extended its stop sign. I was pulled over and given a traffic ticket for passing a school bus.
I don't believe I am guilty, because I could not see the sign.
With the circumstances described above one could certainly argue against the traffic citation.
