I got my client’s unregistered vehicle charge dismissed.

I appeared with my client in the Alpharetta Municipal Court, to defend him against the charge of driving an unregistered vehicle.

Georgia code 40–2–8 requires that any person owning or operating a motor vehicle on any Georgia public highway or street must have proper current vehicle registration.

Failure to have current and proper vehicle registration is a violation of Georgia code 40–2–8.
Anyone found guilty of violating this code, is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of $190.

Following considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client’s charge dismissed.

This client is another very happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller.
