I got my client’s unregistered vehicle charge dismissed. I appeared with my client in the Alpharetta Municipal Court, to defend him against the charge of driving an unregistered vehicle. Georgia code 40 – 2–8 requires that any person owning or operating a motor vehicle on any Georgia public highway or street must have proper current vehicle registration.
