December 1, 2015, I am in the Alpharetta Municipal court defending my client I guess the charge of hit and run. After negotiations with the prosecutor I was able to arrange for the hit-and-run case to be dismissed by a pretrial diversion.
My client will be required to take a defensive driving course and, he must not have additional moving traffic violation charges.
This dismissal is a big win for my client, because the consequences of a hit-and-run could be a criminal misdemeanor.
