I got a call first thing this morning, from someone who had been issued a traffic citation for illegal passing of a school bus. This gentleman said to me,"how can this have happened, I could not see the school bus? The traffic to the left side of me was stopped to make a left turn at the intersection. This left turning traffic blocked my view of the school bus. I simply could not see it."
