On January 7, 2015, I appeared in the Henry County State Court accompanied by my client. He is under 21 years of age, and he has been charged with a super speeder ticket in a work zone. This is a significant charge, and it is compounded by the fact that my client is under 21 years of age. I presented arguments in his behalf to the court, which resulted in a reduction of speed to a non reportable level. This is a big victory for my client. There will be no record made of this on his driver's history.
