In Sandy Springs Court defending client's School bus charge.

I'm in Sandy Springs Municipal Court to defend my client against the charge of passing a school bus.

Georgia State law requires that anyone driving a vehicle must bring that vehicle to a complete stop and remain stopped when the school bus is loading or unloading passengers.

Only when the school bus retracts it stop sign, and the red lights stop flashing, may a vehicle move around the stopped school bus.

School remains in session until late May or early June.
Watch for school buses and children walking in a school zone.
Your local law enforcement officials work very hard to keep these areas safe for our children.

If you have questions about the above or if you have received a passing school bus ticket, give me contact the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller for a free consultation.
