Monday, February 10, 2020 Sandy Springs Court:
I appeared with my client In Sandy Springs Court. My client was charged with speeding 112 mph in a 55 mph zone.
After considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's speed reduced to 84 mph, and we
entered a plea of nolo contendre.
I had previously gotten my client to complete 57 hours of community service and he has completed the defensive driving course.
My client paid a fine of $1000, including the surcharge, and his case was closed.
This is an excellent outcome for my client given the fact that he had an exceptionally high speed ticket.
This is another happy client of the Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Dunwoody, speeding ticket attorney Scott Miller.
