Move over for emergency vehicles on GA-400
While driving on roads and highways, you may see emergency vehicles moving with the flow of traffic.
If that emergency vehicle is using its emergency lights, you are required to move your vehicle to the side of the road, so that the emergency vehicle can move past. The movement of your vehicle must be done in an orderly and safe manner.
Fire vehicles, ambulance, and police vehicles, are operating as emergency vehicles, only when their emergency lights are working.
If you have been ticketed for failure to move over, or for any other traffic matter, you may contact the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller, for a free consultation.
