On Monday, October 30, 2017, I appeared with my client in Milton City Court. My client was charged with a violation of an improper turn causing an accident. The other driver who was under subpoena failed to appear. After negotiation with the court, I got the charge dismissed by getting It was reduced to a basic rules violation which is not reportable to the Georgia Department of driver services. My client’s insurance company will not be informed out about this issue.
