My client was under 21 years of age, and he was charged with driving 91 mph on a 65 mph highway.
After negotiations, I was able to get the prosecutor to reduce my client speed to 14 mph over the speed limit.
This issue will not be reported to the state of Georgia, and it is considered a dismissal.
