September 25 Fayetteville Municipal Court. I appeared With my client and negotiated on his behalf to have his reckless driving charge reduced to a lesser charge. My client is below the age of 21. If convicted of reckless driving under the age of 21, my client would have had his driver's license suspended. I was able to get the judge and the prosecutor to agree to allow my client to attend a defensive driving class. At a later date my client will appear with a certificate of compliance and the charge will be dismissed. This is a happy outcome for my client and his family.
