September 25, 2012-- I appeared with my client in Fayetteville Municipal Court . My client is 18 years old and was charged with a high-speed ticket.  Usually if one is charged with the high speeding ticket and you are under 21 years of age, there is no wiggle room.  Last week I had my client participate in a defense driving course. I convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charged speed to 14 mph over the limit. After that there was no report of the of the ticket to the State of Georgia and his insurance company will not be informed of the ticket.
