September 18, 2012- Today I went with my client to the Dekalb Recorders Court. My client was charged with driving a vehicle with an expired tag and no insurance. The vehicle was not owned by my client but it was owned by my client's employer who gave it to him to drive on a business matter during the day. I spoke with my client's employer and he agreed to assume the liability for this incident. I then was then able to get the prosecutor to dismiss the charges against my client.
