On the June 4, 2015, I appeared in the
Douglasville City Court to fight my client's high-speed traffic ticket.
My client who is under 21 years of age, could have his drivers license suspended and accumulate an A4 point violation if he is convicted.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to reduce the speed to 14 mph over the limit. Following that, I got the court to dismiss this charge.
My client had to pay a fine, write a 300 word essay on safe driving, and view a drivers safety video.
This was a great outcome for my client because his license could have been suspended.
