Frequently I get calls from out-of-towners who while visting Georgia are charged with speeding tickets. Last week I appeared in the Fulton State Court for a client who had visited from Texas and while here he was charged with a Super Speeder violation. I was able to convice the prosectuor that this ticket should be dismissed. The Judge agreed and I was able to have the itcket dismissed without my client having to return to Georgia. This was the best possible outcome and the client was very happy!
