I am in the Roswell City Court defending my client against the charge of passing a stopped school bus.
Many of these school bus charges involve a driver, whose vision of the school bus was blocked by traffic, in the opposite lane. This occurs frequently at stop signs, or where there is a left turn lane, and the driver is in the right lane.

It is always wise to avoid, if possible, school areas in the early morning hours. During this time of peak activities, school buses are making frequent stops to pick up, or to drop off school children.
If you cannot avoid these areas, be extra vigilant and watch for school children and school buses.

If you have questions about the above, or if you have received a ticket for passing a stopped school bus, contact the traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller in Alpharetta, Georgia for a free consultation. 770-408-1001
