"Over the holidays, I get an increased number of calls for help from potential clients, who have been charged with traffic violations."
I have tried to think through this, and come up with the answers to why so many holiday traffic violations occur.

I believe there are several reasons why this occurs.

First and foremost, there is an significant increase in police patrol during the holidays.  A traffic patrol officer may likely make a traffic stop for a violation, that he may have passed over before the holidays.

Secondly, always on the mind of the law-enforcement officers is, that more alcohol is consumed during the holidays, and many drivers are driving while impaired.

Thirdly, there are simply more cars on the road during holidays, then during other times of the year.

Please drive with care, be safe, and always obey the traffic rules.
