It is illegal in Georgia to pass the vehicle in front of you within100 feet of railroad crossing.
It is also illegal in the state of Georgia to pass a vehicle in front of you within 100 feet of a tunnel, bridge, or viaduct.
You may not pass a vehicle in front of you in areas marked by solid yellow line to the right of the center lane. You may not pass a vehicle in front of you if see a do not pass sign or double yellow lines are present.
It is illegal in Georgia to pass the vehicle in front of you on a hill or on a curve, where you do not have clear vision to see an on coming vehicle.
It is illegal to pass vehicle by traveling on the shoulder of the road and when a school bus is stopped to load and unload passengers.
