10:00 AM traffic report Metro Atlanta 10/31/17
Disabled vehicle blocking two lanes on I-285 north at Stone Mountain Freeway.
A wrecker is present and working with stalled tractor trailer.
Traffic backed up for 1 mile moving at 10 to 15 mph in the northbound lane.
Accident reported on I-285 North at Church St. exit. Traffic moving slowly at 10 to 15 mph.
Traffic on I-75 south at I–85 north moving at 40 to 50 mph.
