Recently, Jack’s New Yorker Deli in Johns Creek was broken into for the second time in two weeks. The burglar has yet to be identified.

Residents in Johns Creek and nearby are all familiar with Jack’s New Yorker Deli. It has been around for many years and people love the food. On July 6, 2013, Jack’s New Yorker Deli was broken into for the 2nd time in as many weeks.

Brian Dixon, the owner, says the burglaries are taking a toll on his family. Dixon said, “The first time they broke in two weeks ago, it was a night after my 2-week-old was born.” Having two break-ins with an infant child can be stressful.

The surveillance tape shows a man wearing a mask and white long-sleeved shirt waiting outside of the store. First, the power inside the store was cut and then the burglar smashed in the door and stole the register and the safe.

Police have yet to identify and capture the burglar and are asking people with information to contact the Johns Creek police department by calling 911 to share any information that they may have.

Here at the Law Office of Scott Miller we send our regrets to the Dixon family. Burglary is considered a felony in Georgia.
