On I-285 at north west perimeter E. bound, traffic moving at 20 mph at Chamblee Tucker Road.
GA-400 S. at Hammond Drive traffic 10-15 mph.
I-75 at freedom parkway traffic 10 to 15 mph.
I-75 N. at S. Marietta Parkway traffic moving at 10 to 12 mph.
