China to make cars that are connected to the Internet for a ride sharing.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Geely Holding Group, makers of Chinese automobiles will launch a brand aimed at motorist who wish to share their cars.

Geely Holdings plans to manufacture cars permanently connected to the Internet. This will allow owners to share their cars with others when they are not being used.
This idea of Internet connected cars will compete with Uber.

BMW's has also launched a car this year that owners can rent out.

With the coming of this technology, it will be interesting to see what changes if any, take place with traffic ticket issues.
Will the owner of the vehicle be responsible for the for the liability of other drivers.
