Traffic update,10:30 a.m. 9/28/17

Morning rush-hour appears to be over.

I-285 East at Roswell Road right lane closed due to construction traffic backed up to I-75. Expect delays of 20 minutes or more.
I-285 traffic eastbound reported at 15 mph at Northside Drive. 

I-75 south at the downtown connector expect delays of 10 minutes or more average speed between 10 to 20 mph.

I 85, 75 northbound at the downtown connector, expect delays of 5 to 10 minutes. Traffic moving at 15 to 20 mph at North Avenue and Att check would drive.

Otherwise, traffic moving smoothly through most of the metro Atlanta area.
