Victory in Europe day May 8, 1945

On May 8, 1945, President Harry Truman and Prime Minister Winston Churchhill declared victory in Europe. This celebrated the defeat of Nazi Germany during World War II.

Then as well as today, we give thanks for the freedoms we enjoy, to the veterans who defended us in the past and continue to do so today.

These courses will teach defending yourself against rape. The Milton police department says that, "the classes will teach basic self-defense, and how to recognize, avoid, resist, and escape, harmful situations." The cost for the class is $40.
