Beach rental scams, don't fall for them.
It usually goes something like this, you see an article on the Internet for a rental beach property at a substantially reduced rate. When you contact the person who claims to be the rental agent, he urges you to forward money to him quickly, because "someone else is looking at the property."
There may be something suspicious about where he wants the payment sent and how the payment is made.
This should present a red flag to you.
If it sounds to be too good to be true, it often is.
Beware of deals that seem too good.
