On Monday, October 23, 2017 I appeared with my client in the Roswell City Court to defend him against a shoplifting charge.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the court to agree to allow my client to enter into diversion.
The term diversion means, that after my client completes certain duties ordered by the court, the charge of shoplifting will be dismissed.
