Fighting client's shoplifting charge in Forsyth Magistrate Court.
On October 27, 2017, I appeared with my client in Forsyth Magistrate Court. I was there to defend him against a misdemeanor shoplifting charge.
I submitted evidence to the court of my client's cognitive skills certificate and his completion of community service. Following negotiations with the court, I got my client's jail sentence changed to probation. This means that my client can serve the remainder of his time outside of confinement.
He is a another happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia criminal defense attorney Scott Miller.
