Getting client’s shoplifting charge dismissed in Roswell, GA. On Monday October 23, 2017, I appeared with my client in Roswell City Court to defend him against a second in a lifetime shoplifting charge. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to allow my client to enter into a pretrial diversion. A pretrial diversion is an earned dismissal. Upon completion of the requirements of the court, my client’s charge will be dismissed. This is another very happy client of the Alpharetta, Georgia shoplifting defense attorney Scott Miller. If you are facing the charge of shoplifting or other criminal charges, you may contact attorney Scott Miller at 770-408-1001 for a free consultation. www.lawofficeofscottmiller.com
